Man, fuck the Destroy ending. I would’ve gladly chosen that ending if it wasn’t for the fact that it makes Legion’s self sacrifice pointless. It’s also pretty stupid that the Catalyst AI doesn’t recognize that Shepard managed to broker peace between the Geth and Quarians.

As far as I remember I managed to prevent destruction of both sides on my second playthrough of Galaxy edition. I could not bear the "disregard" on conscoius beings, machine or not (organics were my first choice). It's weird; a machine inheriting mechanisms of it's so called "creators" such as self defence etc. Meh, just a game :)

I absolutely adore this sequence, one of the greatest gaming moments in my opinion. The stakes are so high, the fighting as been so intense For Shepard, it's about ending a 300 years war, uniting two species, saving both from extinction, and getting a major fleet to save the galaxy And the dialog is just superb, the music is magnificent, everything is perfect. 10/10 mission
